- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience with my Metlife agent, Fred Parrow is marked with frustration. While Fred could not explain to me about the changes to my policies, he provided information that proved to be untrue. Fred's misleading information ultimately cost me extra money. Metlife corporate refuses to accept accountability for Fred's poor choices.
