- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have always taken my son to the Spring Hill location ever since his first tooth came in. My dear friend Betsy switched to the Cool Springs location so of course we followed. She has moved on from doing cleanings and does restoration now but she took the time to clean my sons because she always has since day one. That alone gives this business a 5 star rating. While doing his cleaning she noticed how crooked his new tooth had come in since our last visit. When she was done she immediately got Dr. Snodgrass to look at them. After he did he told her we needed to see Dr. Miriam Hall. I was thinking "great, now I'm going to have to take more time off of work to come see this other Doctor." NOPE.....she was there in another part of the office. We saw her within 5 minutes. Their staff stayed after hours so Charis could make a mold of my sons teeth and they could get pictures and have a consultation about my son getting braces. Betsy stayed by my side through it all to comfort me because I was so worried about him. Two days later Dr. Miriam Hall had his braces ready and Charis did a wonderful job putting them on and showing me what steps I needed to take to care for my son. She was wonderful. This office went above and beyond just for me. Words can't express the gratitude I feel for how they took care of my boy.November 06, 2017by Erin Perkins
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Snodgrass bed side manner was the absolute worst. I couldn't wait to get my 10 year old out of this practice after 15 min with this dentist. He is condescending, arrogant & has no care for the parents or patients. I am thankful I left this place before allowing him to treat my family!April 10, 2017by Jessica Gann
