  I have been a patient of Dr Campbell's for about two years. She has been wonderful working with me to manage my pain. My appointments are timely, no waiting to be called in or sitting in the exam room searching for reading material. She has empathy and never assumes. She asks questions, is patient and her office staff are wonderful.

  Do yourself a big favor and find another facility for treatment. I had to go to this facility as they had previously bought out my retiring doctors practice. (Lord do I miss her after this comparison) I had been with my previous doctor for 11 years and never, not once was there a problem. One time I went they had left me in the treatment room for a very long time and the walls were closing in on me, so I cracked the door open. I was chastised by Dr. Campbell for doing so stating it was a Hippa violation. First of all they don’t have to “treat” me as I have been diagnosed for years. All they have to do is put their signature at the bottom of a prescription pad once a year. One of my medications requires a special authorization from the Dr’s office to the insurance company. My previous Doctor had no problems getting this done for me. KCA / Dr. Campbell’s team has zero follow up after your initial “billed” visit and has never helped me with this despite a looong list of phone calls from me. Try getting a call back from the facility when you leave a message (since no one ever picks up the phone when you call) They don’t care. They just want butts in the treatment rooms so they can bill for your visit. Anything beyond that – there is no patient help / follow up what so ever. It may affect their bottom line if they actually have to do something other than put a signature on a prescription. ( Which they get paid handsomely for!!!) If your prescription runs out and your pharmacy calls them. You would think they would give you a temporary prescription – no – denied. It’s all about the money at this facility. You are a just dollar sign. I will never step foot in this facility again. AWFUL.

  New patient waited for appointment over 3 weeks staff calls 15 min before appt I stated you waited 15mins before appointment they said they had no control of Dr. Campbell being sick and left , found out that was not a true statement Dr.Campbell had not been in office for 2 days prior to the staff calling to reschedule appt I was already on my way took off hours from work to be seen by assistant Very Unprofessional !!!! They could had call 24 hours before appointment.
